- 学士号または学位
- 日本語能力（日本語能力試験N3以上）、または現在のレベルが不十分な場合はスキルアップの意欲があること。
- 半導体またはエレクトロニクス業界での2～3年以上の実務経験、または、日本での学歴、または、日本での実務経験。
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームワークを大切にできる方
- 電気・電子工学の基礎知識があれば尚可
