About You

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Support sourcing efforts through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
• Help maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide timely updates on hiring progress.
• Participate in drafting or updating job descriptions and other hiring-related documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by assisting in communication and follow-ups.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Corporate Comms, or any related field.
• Passionate about recruitment and people operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Interest or experience in front-liner hiring is a plus.
