Tik Tok Live Host (Part Time/Full Time）

Requirements:

• Education: Certificate, Vocational, or Diploma in any related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or customer service (preferred).
• Fresh Graduates: Welcoming fresh graduates with a passion for social media and online engagement.
• Language: Fluent in English or Bahasa Malaysia, Additional language would be advantage
• Social Media Familiarity: Strong knowledge of TikTok and other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and able to engage with viewers in a fun, dynamic way.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using TikTok's live-streaming platform and related tools for content creation.
• Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
• Availability: Must be flexible with working hours, as live sessions may be scheduled during peak times.

Responsibilities:

• Host Live Streaming Events: Engage viewers by hosting TikTok live sessions, providing entertainment, product showcases, or interactive discussions.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and creative content for live broadcasts that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with the live audience, respond to comments, answer questions, and create a community atmosphere during broadcasts.
• Promote Products/Services: Feature and promote products or services during live streams, ensuring brand messaging is clear and engaging.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work with team members to plan and execute live events or campaigns.
• Monitor Performance: Track engagement metrics during live streams and provide feedback to improve content quality.
• Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align live stream topics with ongoing campaigns and trends.
• Technical Setup: Ensure the technical setup for live sessions is smooth, including good lighting, sound, and video quality.
• Follow Up and Reporting: Provide feedback on live stream performance, audience interactions, and suggestions for future improvements.
• Stay Current: Keep up to date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure the content remains relevant and exciting.
