We need someone who wakes up with ideas. Someone who sees a trending sound on TikTok and immediately thinks, "How do we make this about diamonds?" Someone who can plan a full year of marketing and still get excited about tomorrow's Instagram post.

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you'll be the person connecting the dots — turning big-picture strategy into scroll-stopping content, dream collaborations into real campaigns, and creative briefs into beautiful work with our design team.

Your Day-to-Day

Think Big, Plan Ahead
  • Own the annual marketing calendar — mapping out campaigns, launches, festive pushes, and everything in between.
  • Set monthly goals and track what's working (and honestly, what's not — we learn fast here).
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending, what competitors are doing, and what our customers actually care about.
Make Social Media Fun Again
  • Dream up content ideas that make people stop scrolling — across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and whatever platform pops up next.
  • Build content themes and storytelling angles that make lab-grown diamonds feel exciting, aspirational, and relevant.
  • Dig into the data. What's getting engagement? What flopped? Use insights to make the next post even better.
Build Cool Partnerships
  • Spot collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, and KOLs that align with ZCOVA's vibe.
  • Pitch ideas, coordinate campaigns, and make sure every partnership feels authentic — not forced.
  • Help us show up in unexpected places and in front of new audiences.
Rally the Creative Team
  • Work hand-in-hand with our visual designers, graphic artists, videographers, and photographers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Write clear, inspiring briefs so the creative team knows exactly what we're going for.
  • Be the guardian of brand consistency — every post, every banner, every showroom display should feel unmistakably ZCOVA.
Execute & Optimise
  • Support digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and beyond.
  • Track performance, report results, and always be asking "how do we do this better?"
  • Chip in on marketing for Ch'ya — our sub-brand with its own exciting story to tell.
You Might Be The One If You...
  • Have a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or something related.
  • Bring 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • Actually enjoy social media (not just use it — you genuinely get why people engage with content).
  • Can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball.
  • Have a natural eye for what looks good and what tells a great story.
  • Know your way around Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Extra Sparkle (Nice to Have)
  • Experience in jewellery, fashion, or luxury — you already speak the language.
  • You know what a lab-grown diamond is without Googling it.
  • You've worked with influencers or celebrities before and lived to tell the tale.
  • You can dabble in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite when needed.
