Assistant Manager - Treasury & Payment

About The Role

CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager -Treasury & Payment to oversee the financial administration of payment processing for APAC operations.

• Monitor and verify invoices and payments to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee both automated and manual payment batch processes, including exceptional manual payments in banking/payment platforms.
• Support the completion of critical money movements for existing and future clients in the APAC region.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for any payment process issues
• Maintain compliance with all SOC1 audit requirements.
• Support preparation and distribution of AP Invoice Aging/Status reports.
• Track and monitor process flows and exceptions to identify potential improvements.
• Support payment reconciliation processes.
• Participate in project groups as needed.
• Manage vendor and client inquiries.
• Assist with bank account openings-liaise between client and Bank
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of working experience in similar role.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience in financial services for external clients or dealing with international banks is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, parties, and time zones.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle stress and work under time pressure.
