The role:

• Strategic Territory Management: Execute daily field calls and optimized itineraries to ensure comprehensive coverage of healthcare providers while maintaining cost and time efficiency based in Johor region.
• Sales & Market Expansion: Drive the achievement of annual sales targets by securing new accounts and increasing product penetration across hospitals and clinics within the assigned territory.
• Scientific Promotion & Engagement: Plan and deliver high-impact ethical promotional activities, including CMEs and product presentations, to educate healthcare professionals and meet business unit objectives.
• Market Intelligence & Relationship Building: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing physician queries effectively and reporting critical updates on competitor activity and market trends to management.

The experience:

• Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector is a strong advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Possession of a valid driving license is required for this role.
