- Partner closely with management team and technical leads to understand hiring needs and role requirements across software engineering, and product development teams.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Github, etc.) to attract passive and active candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and closing candidates.
- To improve/fine tune recruitment processes in order to deliver the highest quality results to the Company.
- Maintain an engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality technical candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Work with HR and leadership to refine our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- To provide relevant recruitment statistics and reports.
- To maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive candidates.
- Use data and analytics to report hiring progress, market trends, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless handover from recruitment to HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech-focused or startup environment.
- Familiarity with recruiting for software roles (e.g., Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, QA, DevOps, Product).
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile startup culture.
- Tech-savvy with ATS experience (e.g., BrioHR, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
- Passion for people, problem-solving, and helping startups scale with the right talent.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Both Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
