E-Commerce Operations Assistant - Seberang Perai

Experience in order processing, inventory, or admin roles is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word) or similar systems
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch
• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for delivery
• Monitor inventory and update stock records accurately
• Coordinate stock transfers between branches
• Handle data entry, filing, and other admin tasks
