Randstad has recently partnered with a software company that provides custom app solution. They are looking to hire a Business Development to be based in KL.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, customers, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in the SaaS industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to Johor for 1 or 2 times to meet the team.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
