HR Intern
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any related field of studies.
- Ability to work independently and good time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, meeting platforms like MS Teams, Zoom and HR-related software.
- Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent in related field.
- Design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and etc.
- Eye for design, layout composition.
- Basic understanding of brand identity and marketing principles.
- Good communication skills, attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Support HR team in terms of employee benefits administration, leave management and medical claim.
- Assist in filing and organising HR documentation (both physical and digital records).
- Support monthly payroll cycle including verifying OT of general workers and drivers.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance evaluations and exit interviews.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Support HR information management and tracking HR deadlines such as probation due date.
- Assist employee onboarding, off-boarding, performance appraisal session, audit, HR document control and HR policy updates.
- Ensure all employee documents in P-File arranged as per checklist.
- Attend to ad hoc Group HR and Admin work responsibilities from time to time.
Finance Intern
The intern will be required to assist the following task with supervision from finance team members.- Issuing, follow-up and filling of AR related transaction (Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice, Official Receipt, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Aging and ad-hoc reports).
- Checking, posting and filling of AP related transaction (Delivery Order to match with Vendor Invoices).
- Any other task within the finance team.
- Create marketing collaterals using Adobe Illustrator (AI), Photoshop or Canva (e.g., brochures, social media posts, infographics, packaging concepts).
- Support layout preparation for presentations, banners and product labels.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, product highlights and corporate communication.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and events.
