Work schedule: Mon - Fri | 9am - 6pm
Mandate:
- Degree/ Diploma - IT / Computer Science/Engineering (Fresher/experienced can apply)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Provide Telco support and troubleshooting to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with product-related queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and solutions in the support system
- 5 days working
