Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, diligent, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant. You will be responsible for supporting our digital presence, including social media, online marketing, and branding tasks. Fresh candidates are welcome — training and guidance will be provided, but we expect fast learners who can catch up independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging posters and visual content for marketing purposes.
• Strategically boost posts and advertisements across various social media platforms.
• Assist in creating and managing websites (basic knowledge is sufficient).
• Draft and send professional emails to clients and commercial partners.
• Contribute to the development of the company portfolio and branding materials.
• Support the team in various digital initiatives and ad-hoc marketing tasks.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital tools, marketing platforms, and social media.
• Ability to work with tools like Canva, email marketing software, basic website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn and explore new tools and trends in digital marketing.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
