  • Schedule Development: Develop and maintain the master project schedule, encompassing all phases from engineering and procurement to construction, commissioning, and sail-away.
  • Detailed Planning: Create detailed work-level plans (Level 4 and Level 5) in collaboration with discipline leads (Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) to ensure a comprehensive and realistic project timeline.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify variances, and analyze trends. Prepare and issue regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to project management and clients.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Perform critical path analysis to identify key project drivers and potential risks or delays. Propose mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Resource Planning: Assist in the development of resource-loaded schedules (manpower and equipment) to ensure optimal allocation and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Scenario Analysis: Develop "what-if" scenarios to assess the impact of potential changes or delays on the project's overall timeline and completion date.
  • Software Management: Proficiently utilize planning software, primarily Primavera P6, to manage the project schedule. Experience with Roser Systems for shutdown/turnaround planning is highly advantageous.
  • Coordination and Integration: Liaise with all project departments, including engineering, procurement, construction, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of schedules.
  • Change Management: Analyze the impact of scope changes and variation orders on the project schedule and incorporate approved changes.
