Site Lorry Driver

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Lorry/Van Driver who will also take on a supervisory role to oversee landscape site workers. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is proactive, disciplined, and familiar with landscape site operations.

Requirements:

• Valid GDL license for lorry and van driving.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in construction or landscape industry.
• Basic knowledge of landscape site work is an advantage.
• Able to lead a team of general workers with good discipline.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and physically fit.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lorry and van to transport materials, equipment, and workers to and from job sites.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of landscaping tools and materials.
• Supervise and coordinate landscape workers at site.
• Monitor daily attendance and site discipline of workers.
• Assist with basic site setup and organization when required.
• Communicate site progress and issues to the project manager or site coordinator.
