Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive with experience to support our branding and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing compelling content, enhancing employer branding, and conducting both online and offline marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice through strategic branding initiatives.
• Content Creation: Create engaging marketing content, including promotional materials for digital and print platforms.
• Workshops & Training: Plan and assist marketing-related workshops and training sessions, both online and offline.
• Campaign Execution: Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media and email.
• Content Ideation: Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas in line with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related industry.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written), Chinese is an added advantage.
• Experience in sales & marketing funnel buidling is an advantage
• Independent and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Enjoys brainstorming and collaborating on ideas in a fast-paced environment.
