Supplier quality engineer [precision]

• Engage suppliers during New Product Introduction (NPI) to define critical process parameters, cleanliness requirements, and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Track and evaluate supplier quality performance, including in-process, outgoing quality, cleanliness, yield, and related metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement with suppliers to enhance product and process quality, as well as contamination control, in line with company and customer requirements.
• Support supplier and internal teams in investigating quality issues, using structured quality tools, managing non-conforming materials, and implementing containment and corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic supplier audits covering product/process compliance, quality systems, and overall performance evaluation.
• Prepare regular supplier quality reports for management review and support procurement in identifying and developing new suppliers.

• Degree in any Engineering or Science discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Supplier Quality Management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
