Account Assistant
Anfred Hardware Sdn Bhd Batu Pahat Full-time
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and payment tracking
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including invoicing, bookkeeping, and payment tracking
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate with clients and internal teams when necessary
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor
