Sales Executive - Ampang Jaya

Job Summary:

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through various channels (e.g., walk-ins, referrals, networking).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and provide expert advice on our range of flooring and carpet products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and quotations to customers.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the flooring, home furnishing, or related industries (experience selling flooring and carpets is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation is preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or construction is a plus.

Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday : 8:30AM to 5:30PM
• Saturday 9:00AM to 1:00PM
• Public Holidays gazetted by the Selangor State Government
