Project Coordination & Site Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out and interior design projects
- Support site inspections to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Assist in resolving site-related issues under the guidance of the project team
- Attend site meetings, consultant meetings, and project discussions when required
- Assist in reviewing, organising, and maintaining project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Support preparation of project progress reports, material submissions, and project-related records
- Assist in preparing material requisitions, quantity checks, and basic cost estimation support
- Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and vendors regarding material deliveries and installation schedules
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies for submissions and approvals when required
- Support communication and coordination between internal teams and external parties
- Adhere to company standards, procedures, and best practices
- Support administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Built Environment, or related field
- Familiar with basic drafting and design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings and interior fit-out processes is an advantage
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively
- Positive attitude, professional etiquette, and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to assigned responsibilities
- Possess a valid driving license and able to travel for site visits when required
