  • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with automotive service operations and parts management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability of the branch.
  • Oversee all daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures within the automotive sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch revenue targets and market share growth, focusing on vehicle sales, parts, and service.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales, service, and administrative staff, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing training and development.
  • Manage inventory levels for new and used vehicles, parts, and accessories, optimizing stock turnover and minimizing holding costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and expense control, to ensure profitability and financial health of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the head office on marketing initiatives, product launches, and operational improvements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adapting branch strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, providing constructive feedback and setting clear performance objectives.
