Assistant Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure schedules are met.
- Quality Control: Enforce company policies and maintain high-quality product standards.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations (SOPs) on the production floor.
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, and administrative reporting.
- Team Leadership: Train new employees, conduct performance evaluations, and address employee issues
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including leadership or team leader experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Priority for those able to speak/ write/ read in Chinese, to work with Chinese speaking Production Manager.
