Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and meticulously record all financial transactions in AutoCount Accounting Software.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Issue payment vouchers, invoices, and statements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, contributing to the timely completion of financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely submission of all accounting-related tasks and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting Software is essential.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Must be trustworthy, organized, and responsible in handling confidential financial information with the utmost discretion.
