Communication: Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
- Attitude: Proactive, result-oriented, and passionate about sales/customer service.
- Availability: Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (Retail hours / Home Exhibition hours).
- Experience: Experience in retail or home improvement is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Sales & Consultation: Greet walk-in customers and provide professional advice on digital locks and safety boxes.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase the features, security benefits, and technology of various brands, involve/learning chance for social media marketing/posting.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards hitting monthly sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Customer Support: Coordinate installation schedules and handle basic after-sales inquiries.
- Showroom Management: Ensure showroom products are well-maintained.
- Showroom: Batu Kawan outlet and Queensbay Mall outlet - can be alternate location or single location
- Home Fair / Exhibition experience: Actively join Home Fair/Exhibitions for sales person gain to gain exposure and grab sales commission
