Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or above (any related field).
  • Fresh graduates / no experience are welcome — training will be provided.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiar with email communication (Outlook).
  • Familiar with Data Entry
  • Familiar with Finance & Banking Industry
  • Able to multitask, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Details :

  • Working Location: Ara Damansara
  • Working Days: Monday – Friday
  • Office Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily operations to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, merchants, and finance for order confirmation, claims, and payments.
  • Monitor order status, voucher issuance, and stock availability to avoid delays and errors.
  • Update and check data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Review transaction reports and follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Handle operational issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in system testing and support new system implementation when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for tracking and audit purposes.
  • Prepare simple operational reports for management review.
  • Ensure all tasks follow company procedures and timelines.
