Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field
- 1–2 years working experience in e-commerce / online sales
- Must be able to speak and write Mandarin (for customer communication & platform support)
- Familiar with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online selling
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Online Store Management
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product details, pricing, images, and promotions are accurate
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/store team
- Order Processing & Fulfilment
- Process online orders from receipt to delivery
- Coordinate packing and shipment with logistics team
- Ensure timely delivery and resolve order issues
- Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and platform messaging
- Respond to complaints, returns, and refund requests
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and seller rating
- Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in running promotions, vouchers, and campaigns
- Support paid ads (Shopee Ads / Lazada Ads / TikTok Ads if applicable)
- Monitor campaign performance and report results
- Sales Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily and monthly online sales performance
- Prepare simple reports and analysis
- Suggest improvements to increase sales conversion
- Content & Listing Optimization
- Improve product titles, descriptions, and keywords
- Work with design team for product images and visuals
- Ensure listings are optimized for search ranking
