- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities within the Johor Bahru region.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis for prospective clients, understanding their telecommunications and business solution requirements to propose tailored solutions.
- Present Superior Mobile's products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their telecommunications and business solution needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, addressing client concerns and negotiating terms to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the sales management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the telecommunications and business solutions space.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional development.
