Head of sales & marketing (fmcg - personal & household care)

• Reporting to: CEO
• Self-starter opportunity to pioneer a company's growth.
• Location: KL/Selangor/Hybrid

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies across all channels (B2B OEM for major retail groups, D2C via e-commerce, and traditional avenues for our house brand) to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share.
• Champion domestic and international market expansion initiatives, including identifying key global growth opportunities and potentially establishing an overseas operational presence to directly serve international clientele.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated sales and marketing team, overseeing budget management, campaign execution (digital, trade, brand development), and fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
• Leverage your years of progressive FMCG sales & marketing leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in strategic planning to drive commercial success and significantly contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

• Minimum 8 years of fmcg experience in the personal care industry, with at least 4 years at a managerial or leadership level.
• Omnichannel (online + offline) experience is highly desirable.
• Results-oriented leader with strong people management skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
