Internship Customer Success Intern

We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Swipey! You’ll gain hands-on experience working across multiple customer channels, managing data, and contributing to campaigns that drive satisfaction and retention — all while learning from a high-growth team shaping the future of finance for businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Customer Engagement – Communicate with customers via chat, email, and calls to address queries, deliver product demos, and provide ongoing support.
• Customer Data & Funnel Management – Keep our customer database and sales funnel updated, organized, and optimized for action.
• Success Campaigns & Outreach – Support the team with retention campaigns and marketing materials that enhance the customer experience.
