Boutique Operation Supervisor (Urgent Hiring)

Minimum SPM or Certificate with 2 to 3 years of experience in Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor role

• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or customer service, preferably within:

• Strong skills in customer service, with a proven ability to deliver an engaging and professional client experience.
• Experience in inventory management and basic administrative functions.
• Comfortable and skilled in handling cats or exotic feline breeds.
• Multilingual: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. (Tamil is an added advantage.)
• Competent in cashiering and handling POS transactions with accuracy.
• Familiar with salon-style management, including hygiene protocols and service scheduling.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and manage a small team.
• Sales-driven with experience setting and achieving retail targets.
• Creative flair for visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
• Passion for animal care and commitment to upholding ethical standards.
• Boutique and Café Operations : Supervise and manage the daily operations of the boutique and in-house café, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Staff Management and Supervision : Oversee workforce planning, including staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Provide training, support, and supervision to both local and foreign employees to foster a productive and professional work environment.
• Animal Welfare Oversight : Ensure the consistent and proper care, health, and well-being of all animals within the facility, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with relevant welfare regulations.
• Customer Service and Experience : Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns effectively, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management : Monitor stock levels, manage inventory systems, and coordinate timely procurement of supplies and merchandise to support uninterrupted operations.
• Administrative and Human Resources Support : Assist with human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training documentation, and performance evaluation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Payroll Administration : Accurately compile employee working hours and wage data to support timely and precise payroll processing in coordination with the finance department.
• Social Media and Marketing Support : Contribute to the development and execution of basic social media content and campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
