Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, including preparing documents.
- Assist with order processing, inventory management, and stock control within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate and execute local deliveries of products and materials to clients and partners, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support sales activities by preparing sales reports, updating customer databases, and assisting with sales presentations.
- Utilize basic knowledge of car parts or the automotive industry to assist with product-related queries and operational tasks.
- Possess a valid Driving License (Class D) and demonstrate safe driving practices during company deliveries.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
