Business Development Executive

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

• MUST be proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets and industries.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of trends, potential clients, and business needs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and business solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client concerns. Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance objectives.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm
• Easy accessible to KL Monorail Bukit Nanas and Putra LRT Dang Wangi
