Our client is an established precision electronics components manufacturing company located at Pekan Nanas, Pontian, Johor. This is a newly generated position.
Job Responsibilities
Salary: RM depending on experience (5 days/week)
To improve process and production yield according to company's goal.To perform problem solving using 7QC Tools and SPC.
To handle product and process control based on 3-Sigma or 6-Sigma.
To perform root cause analysis and come out with action plan.
To be involved in process internal mechanical issues, jigs, die-set and machine operation.
To plan KAIZEN activity and testing together with Japan HQ.
Strategic planning in process rationalization
Conduct specification setting for new product code
Handle evaluation request (ER), external & internal CAR
Handle customer defect part
Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electronic /Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.- 10 years experience in production or engineering in manufacturing industry.
Good command of Japanese both written and spoken.
Benefits
Basic + Allowance + 13-month salary + Bonus 2 times/year + medical coverage for dependent.
