Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Language required : Mandarin and English.
- At least 2 year experience at related field in accounting.
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated and hardworking.
- Detail oriented and prompt in documentation work.
- Fast learner & willing to learn attitude.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
- Full Set Maintenance - Handling general ledger, AP & AR to ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Month-End/Year-End Closing - Performing month-end closing activities, including preparing, analyzing, and submitting monthly financial reports.
- Cash Flow Management & Forecasting - Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow, preparing cash flow projections, and ensuring adequate fund for operational needs.
- Treasury & Banking - Updating banking details and executing daily banking transaction.
- Audit & Compliance - Assisting with year-end audit preparation, tax computation, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Operational Support - Assisting with budgeting, inventory racking, and manage customer inquiries regarding billing.collections
