The Content Lead Manager is responsible for overseeing the social media content team, ensuring all postings are planned, created, and published on time. This role focuses on maintaining content quality, consistency, and alignment with brand goals.
- Lead and manage the content team for daily social media postings
- Plan and organize content calendars across platforms
- Review and approve content before publishing
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging
- Track content performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with marketing or creative teams for campaigns
- Ensure all post links and records are properly updated and maintained
- Manage team workload and timelines to avoid delays or overtime
