Diploma in Engineering or Technical Certificate, or with 3 years' experience in manufacturing environment.
- English speaking is preferable with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literature.
ACCOUNTABILITY
To supervise personnel and various manufacturing processes in order to ensure production targets are achieved at specific quality levels in the respective section. Liaise, communicate & assist immediate superior on all issues related to production.
RESPONSIBILITY- Ensure production targets are achieved according to the established schedule.
- Ensure that the products produced comply with the quality standards and regulations that have been established.
- Maintain proper implementation of 5S to keep the workplace clean, organized, and controlled.
- Monitor employee attendance and ensure records are updated consistently.
- Oversee workplace safety at all times.
- Prepare and update the Production Report daily as a performance benchmark.
- Identify, record, and evaluate employee skills using appropriate formats.
- Conduct Morning Meetings daily to communicate important information to employees.
- Enforce disciplinary actions for employees with performance or behavioral issues.
- Manage and update document control such as ODS, PCC, and other related records.
