Construction Project Manager

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
3. Strong understanding of Malaysian construction laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
4. Familiar with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
5. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
8. Experience with large-scale infrastructure or high-rise building projects is an advantage.
9. Plan and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
10. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
11. Monitor project progress, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
12. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.
13. Enforce quality assurance and health & safety compliance in line with Malaysian standards.
14. Conduct regular site inspections and project status meetings.
15. Ensure all statutory approvals and documentation are in place.
16. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and manage expectations.
17. Manage contract administration, including variation orders and progress claims.
18. Lead and motivate the project team to meet performance and productivity goals.
