Senior QA cum Business Analyst

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) cum Business Analyst (BA) to lead their quality and business analysis initiatives. This role requires an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to oversee QA processes, mentor junior analysts, and drive system improvements, particularly in ERP and MES implementations.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of QA and BA professionals, ensuring best practices in software quality and business analysis.
• Strategic Business Analysis: Work closely with senior stakeholders to define business objectives, gather high-level requirements, and design enterprise solutions.
• Requirement Analysis for ERP & MES: Conduct in-depth analysis for complex manufacturing and enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance Governance: Establish QA frameworks, define testing strategies, and implement automated testing solutions to enhance software quality.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in business and system processes, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Advanced Test Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans, perform risk-based testing, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise applications.
• Defect Management & Resolution: Drive defect tracking and resolution processes, collaborating with developers and project managers to ensure product stability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, translating complex system functionalities into business-friendly language.
• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all business processes and system implementations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a QA and BA role, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading quality assurance teams and business analysis initiatives in ERP or MES environments.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, automation tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Expertise in enterprise system implementation, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to drive Agile QA and BA practices within teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

• Experience with AI-driven testing and robotic process automation (RPA).
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, FDA, or GMP in manufacturing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics.
• Certification in ISTQB, CBAP, or PMP.
