Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- 1 Year Contract
- Act as the point of contact between the internal colleagues and external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take sales orders and planning for production to Delivery
- Produce daily sales order, delivery order and invoice to submission of E-invoice
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for sales team
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
