Who You Are:

• Possess ICSA qualification and MAICSA membership
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work
• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin (you’ll work with clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan)
• Familiar with the Companies Act 2016 and corporate compliance matters
• Detail-focused, well-organized, and able to think critically
• Experience dealing with government agencies like SSM, Bursa, or MITI is a bonus

What You’ll Do (as a Manager):

• Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing advisory support and overseeing all corporate secretarial matters
• Supervise, mentor, and review junior staff to ensure high-quality secretarial documentation and timely, compliant submissions to SSM and other authorities
• Handle complex corporate secretarial matters and coordinate with regulatory bodies when required
• Monitor client receivables and support overall billing and collection efforts
