Possess a recognized Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3-year working experience in related industry (Experience in Developer Scope is Additonal Credit)
- Dynamic personality with a positive work attitude
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (English)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Any experience in property development will be an added advantage
- Work with the team to create and design a series of graphic artwork for online channels (Social Media Post, Website Artwork) and printed collaterals.
- Work with the team and adhering to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
- To Conceptualize, design & Produce artwork for flyers, posters and all sort of marketing materials including website and social media.
- Able to collaborate with marketing team to provide creative solutions
- Accurately make revisions to creative files based on client and internal edits in a timely and efficient manner.
- Retouch and edit design including colour correction and image manipulation of all high resolution photography and art/assets for print and digital production.
- Work together efficiently with the team to ensure sucess of our projects
