Senior Accountant

Location: Ampang

Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday (Required to work on Saturday or Sunday if needed)

We are a growing company committed to a high level of professionalism in financial and business operations. We are seeking an experienced, meticulous, and dedicated Senior Accountant — preferably someone with prior experience in an accounting or taxation firm.

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably from an audit or tax firm
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian taxation.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks within tight deadlines.
• High integrity, responsible, and proactive.Additional Advantages
• Experience handling accounts for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Skilled in tax computation and SST filing.
• Background in audit firms, tax firms, or shared service centers is an added advantage.
• Prepare and manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank statements, journals).
• Handle monthly and annual account closing.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements (SST, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Improve work systems and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Supervise junior accounting staff (if any).
