- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, goods, and services
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
