CINEMA MANAGER - PAVILLION DAMANSARA HEIGHTS
At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-oriented with good complaint handling skills.Proficient in Mandarin
Good team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Basic understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) is an added advantage.
Willing to work shifts, midnights, weekends, and public holidays.
Assertive, proactive, and able to take firm action when required.
Dependable, detail-oriented, with leadership skills and integrity.
Able to perform under high stress and manage multiple operational/technical tasks.- Stock & Cash Management
Ensure proper cash handling at the cinema floor and kiosks, including basic troubleshooting.
Maintain effective stock control and prepare weekly and monthly reports on time.
Monitor and maintain product quality standards.- Customer Service & Administration
Ensure service performance standards and sales targets are achieved.
Oversee daily cinema administration including floor checks, maintenance, and security.
Plan and execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and events with measurable outcomes.
Maintain strong customer focus and provide immediate service feedback and resolution.- Staff Management
Ensure sufficient staffing for smooth operations.
Recruit, train, and develop Customer Relations Officers (CROs).
Supervise and manage staff training through the Learning Management System (LMS).- Technical & Content Operations
Receive, verify, and manage Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and Key Delivery Message (KDM).
Ingest DCP into projectors to ensure smooth playback.
Monitor picture, sound, and system performance; perform basic troubleshooting.
Oversee heating, lighting, ventilation, and alarm systems.- Annual Leave
