• Actively promote company products through strategic marketing initiatives, including presentations, seminars, and training sessions for internal sales teams, distributors, dealers, consultants, and direct customers.
• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to support effective product positioning and promotion.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, including technical and commercial benchmarking of competitors’ products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluations for the development of new products tailored to meet diverse market needs.
• Collaborate with the sales department to support proposal submissions, client presentations, and provision of comprehensive product information.
• Develop and maintain high-quality product literature, such as sales sheets, catalogues, brochures, and presentation materials.
• Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the Regional or Operations Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry.
• Solid technical knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Proactive, with strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Confident in conducting seminars and technical presentations independently.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor and guide junior sales engineers.
• Experience in product development and product management will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
