The Mission (Your Role)

As our Pre-Sales powerhouse, you are the bridge between visionary ideas and technical reality. You’ll be the face of our tech, leading the charge in demos and shaping how enterprises adopt the next generation of AI.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, product) to develop solution proposals
  • Stay updated on IT products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts (POC)
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution documents, and RFP responses
  • Advise clients on best practices, system architecture, and implementation strategies
  • Address technical queries during the sales process
  • Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities and develop account strategies
  • Provide technical guidance during negotiations and contract finalization
  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation/project teams post-sales
  • Maintain a repository of solution templates, case studies, and presentations
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training for sales and technical teams

  • Strong command of the Mandarin / Chinese Language, as we aliase key stakeholders and vendors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support
  • Experience in enterprise IT solutions in the areas of AIGC, AI education (e-learning, smart classroom), and BCI Solutions
  • Proven ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and align them with technology solutions
  • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • The Foundation: A Degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • The Track Record: 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales or Technical Sales Support.
  • Industry Edge: Experience in AIGC, AI Education (Smart Classrooms), or BCI Solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Communication: You’re a storyteller who can explain complex tech to non-technical stakeholders without losing the "wow" factor.
  • Agility: You’re comfortable juggling multiple opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
