Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies / Accounting or equivalent.
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in accounting will be an added advantage.
- Good command in both oral and written in English and Mandarin.
- Having knowledge in SQL Accounting System.
- Computer literate and skilled in MS Office application.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to handle different levels of people tactfully.
- Strong analytical, result-oriented personality and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Autocount System will be advantage
- To handle accounting records & account payable, etc
- To assist in daily operation of the company, including document processing and data entry
- Assist for confirmation of cash receipts, petty cash entry, journal entry and bank reconciliation
- Maintain proper filling, labeling of the company document
- Preparing report assign time to time, especially month-end and year-end closing report with various data
