Position 1: Admin Assistant (Customer Service & Accounts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Manage customer accounts, including orders and billing inquiries
- Coordinate internal collection processes
- Maintain customer records using SQL Accounting System

Job Requirements:
