Position 1: Admin Assistant (Customer Service & Accounts)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage customer accounts, including orders and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate internal collection processes
  • Maintain customer records using SQL Accounting System
  • Support customer service team with administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & SQL system is an advantage)
  • Good communication skills (BM & English)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Position 2: Admin Assistant (Purchasing)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in purchasing and procurement processes
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment
  • Maintain purchasing records and documentation
  • Ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues
  • General admin support

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
  • Good negotiation & communication skills
