Workshop Supervisor - Ampang Jaya

TTL Sales & Rental Sdn Bhd is a trusted leader in industrial equipment sales, rental, and servicing. Known for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are growing and seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations and maintain our high standards of excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar technical role, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment servicing.
• Strong leadership skills with hands-on technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and reporting tools.
• Possess a valid driving license GDL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to technicians, monitor progress, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Inspect incoming machines (rental, off-hire, exchange, internal transfer) and ensure thorough documentation and IQC checks.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and oversee repair work for all equipment.
• Liaise with the operations and logistics teams for job planning and spare part coordination.
• Verify damaged claims, missing accessories, and prepare relevant documentation with supporting photos and signatures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Train, guide, and evaluate workshop staff performance.
• Prepare daily reports, update records, and ensure timely submission of relevant paperwork.
