Internship Management Trainee Intern (Founder’s Office)

We’re looking for a curious, driven, and hands-on Management Trainee Intern to work directly with our founder and CEO.

This isn’t your typical internship — you’ll be exposed to the inner workings of a growing F&B brand, from strategy and finance to outlet visits, marketing campaigns, HR processes, investor meetings, and more. What You’ll Do:

You’ll support the Founder and leadership team across both daily operations and strategic projects. Expect real responsibility, cross-functional exposure, and fast-paced learning.

You’ll be involved in:

• Assisting with investor materials, pitch decks, and strategic presentations
• Supporting café and roastery operations, including visits to outlets
• Helping execute marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand activations
• Assisting with HR support, including:
• Updating and maintaining the staff handbook
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing staff documentation and tracking leave records
• Conducting business research, compiling reports, and supporting ad-hoc initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Finance, HR, Hospitality or related fields)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Open to fieldwork and comfortable moving between office and café environments
• Able to commit to a full time 3–6 month internship (flexible start dates)
