Diploma in Radiography or equivalent is required.

- Perform radiographic examinations, including X-rays, ensuring accurate patient positioning and minimal radiation exposure, adhering to established safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate radiographic equipment, troubleshoot minor technical issues, and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel to ensure optimal performance and patient safety.
- Assist in patient care activities, including preparing patients for examinations, obtaining medical histories, and providing clear instructions regarding procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
- Manage patient appointments, handle phone calls, and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring efficient clinic operations and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, including sterilizing equipment, managing inventory of supplies, and adhering to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the clinic.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing insurance claims, managing billing procedures, and preparing reports, ensuring accurate financial records and efficient administrative operations.
